By opening up your mind/perception with your inner vision you will be able to see the other side.
Remember that intent is the key.
It is how you open the door.
Use your mind to see.
Close your eyes and see with your mind.
As human beings we have only short bursts where we are capable to do this task.
I will advise you to close your eyes and try and feel with your hands your egglike shell.
You can do this.
Reach out..wait...it is there for you to sense.
It is you and your perception.
This feeling will allow you feel that which is unseen.

Inner hearing?...It is possible to feel your outer shell. It forms around your body like a egg.

Hello and well done. Often this is the first result of this type of sorcery manuver. Once you can "feel" your luminous shell the next step is to try and see it.
All human beings have a luminous shell and it can be felt with the hands.

I tryed this again after many years...
The most intering things is that it lighted up the shell. I feel mildly excited and relaxed

Ah the assemblage point of the luminous shell! Try measuring your exact center of your body or be close to it. Feel with your fingers around 18 inches straight "up" from the center for a part that feels as if it is a hole in your shell. The ap point of course is different for everybody in placement. Mine is about 16 inches and to the left of my navel area.
Once you find this point try using your intent to reach it.
For some the very act of sensing it can move it.

The outer shell feels pliable, and there are hot and cold areas as I move my hands to different areas
My body started to tingle and felt slightly light headed.
Then this awesome silence.

You should be able to even feel texture and the bumping of the outside forces.

You can feel your shell with your physical hands. Closing your eyes is optional. Remember that it moves with you.

Ok,
I tried this. at first my hands went through nothing. But as i concentrated more. i noticed is that i felt like magnatised enrgy pushing my hands away slightly. sometimes my hands would move slowly in a circular motion as if being pulled by a current!
I will try this more!!!!

Good description and accurate!You describe how the sphere feels to the hands. Next try and find how it connects to your stomach.

ok I AM ranma BTW. i signed up for a global account. this account so i can participate in other forums. i probly won't post as Ranma anymore.
i did notice a hole. now it may have been that i wanted to feel it. I'm not sure, but the hole seems to be to my right!
The feeling of the ball reminded me of when i was younger. me and my friends would rub our hands together fast and SLOWLY move our hands apart. if we pushed in we would feel a strong magnetic push. the more we tried we would create energy balls sometimes very large!
