I've had some great success in the past with galantamine...extract from red spider lily. Maybe 30-40 potent lucid dreams from this supplement. Haven't used it recently though

Rekindled my friendship with galantamine learly this morning. Just the sweetest, softest vibrations overtook my body again and again....and rolled out of my body into the double about 7 times!

Interesting feature of Red Spider Lily....

The leaves fall off before it blooms..and then the bloom falls off before the leaves re-emerge. The two never coexist together, reportedly. Brings to mind the predicament of how our awareness is separated from the energy body in the daytime, and then, if we have the awareness for it, blooms once again with the double at night....after we've "shed" our physical body to dream. The supreme challenge....to have the blooms and the leaves coexist together again!

lastnight i had my first dream of the coast for a while..
was in a hut built/falling off a cliffside..
the only plants were long dead lumps of tree bough (YEW)which started to landslide as i dropped out of the edge of the building backwards and down an incline..

when i reached the beachside track
a fast moving procession of flaming screaming fast moving wolves tore down the road toward me.
( i had seen a group of 40-50 bikers earlier in the day)
the fire wolves were pouncing on  bystanders and pedestrians just like a gang of hells angels would
and i found my self screaming "F**K OFF!" really loudly at them whenver they got near me..
the last bit of my dream was seeing the inside of my right hand it first two fingers flicked in a classic V sign.
so i know my right hand wasnt attacthed to anything..
didnt see the other! (probably scratching my butt)

I've been attacked by wolves too, after OBE roll out....twice. The moved like lightning, yeah. No fire though It was a monumental challenge moving with enough speed and precision to counter their attack, they were so fast!

the most terrifying thing i ever met in dreams was this!

i was already on my warriorship path and was a studyng medieval material for a stain glass panel i was making!
the medieval churches used to force serfs to destroy their own temples and build christian churches on the sacred sites.
and so i made a panel with the words
"wer beth they beforen us weren
Hounds laden hawes beren
and haden feld and wode?"
translation- where are they who were here before us who led hounds and carried hawks and owned the fields and the woodland?

that night in dreams..
a green antlered gargantuan appeared..
he towered thousands of feet tall
and yet in my dream i could see the details of the walls of the room within which i slept.
the twixt is scale was impossible.. the cieling was only seven feet and here was he.. the horned ancient beast, warrior, master slayer of the battlefield lookinf directly at me..
needless to say..he called me a mouse..
and i awoke to the sound of my own pathetic whimpering sound feeling sick to the pit of my stomach!

I will give the example of the power plant that I mentioned previously.. i hope example suffices, as the general topic is pretty broad. One can learn all sorts of stuff from plants/beings around us, things of an inside nature of our being (something that helps us in our growth us warriors/people), things about the outside world (like something about our culture, or what plant to plant where etc), and things of mutual interest (how to take care of the specific plant one is asking, and how to cultivate the relationship with that plant).

So to get to my example. This power plant came to me in dreaming and for me the most interesting and fascinating thing about that was to see it and feel it. It is not something I can describe and it is not something that can be compared to anything i have experienced. It did a few things for me, for example it helped me identify real beings in my dreaming by seeing a real being in my dreaming (this was years ago and I have not yet focused on seeing energy in dreaming then, but the feeling of the real being is kind of very special too so i could realize that by meeting the power plant in dreaming a few times). I also learned that beings like that when they come into dreaming make the dream more stable and real, that my lucidity is stronger thnx to it and so is my recall. So in this sense, these are things of a nature of how stuff works. In another sense I got to experience how the plant spirit feels and what it is like, how i feel around it, which was the info i was interested in as I was contemplating whether to ingest it (become more close to it) or not.

Next I got info from the plant about the plant itself. It told me when to replant it and when i forgot to water it.. I learned by experience this info was very accurate. At one time i did not follow the advice i got through a dream about a part of the plant that I had in a vase with water and that part of it died in the vase.

This is experience of communication I got through dreaming while asleep in bed. One can communicate with a plant by asking it things even when one is not asleep dreaming ofc. I prefer to communicate with trees on that front but I learned a lot from grass and have had help in learning from a few flower plants. I dont mean to go into details other than mostly they are like allies that help me learn and understand some quality that they have, which helps me and my learning on my path, plus sometimes I ask and they give me answers that concern my own situation in life.

Your reply was of great interest to me, thanks for the fascinating details.  If you would like to go into even greater depth about your Seeings and communing with these intelligences, then I for one would love to hear about it.
I have no experience on dreaming with plant spirits, at least not that I recall.  But in my waking state I've always deeply valued communing with nature, especially the woods.  At present there is a certain tree I especially like, whose trunk is partly parallel to the ground.  I sit in it and read CC/meditate.  The consciousness of this particular tree is very accomodating.  We like each others' state, and have made some mutual energetic gains...
