what of mirror projections of oneself within a dream? Are they all 'projections' or can they be a expression of the double?I had quite a few dreams with my image in a mirror and noticed they did not never flicker and looked real rather than projections, even when I stared for long. 
Once, this reflection of myself had such magnetic eyes I could not resist it and I was pulled and flew into the mirror through this double 's eyes. 
At the time, I suspected it was a manifestation of the double rather than a mere projection....I had investigated dreaming into a 'projected space' before, and it felt different: for instance I would dream of a room with poster on a wall, something like an holidays resort; then if I had assessed it had no energy when I checked with my intent, I would consciously fly into it to see what happened...I noticed how everything had a bad definition, like in a video game and I was conscious of creating all of this within the dream.My mirror image, on the other end was very clear and seemed to exist on its own and had real magnetic energy. 
Could it be an expression of the double?

Perhaps the use of "projection" has two meanings, because it is all projections...just some are more useful than others. ;-)

I find looking in a mirror in dreaming much like shifting the ap. What one sees is terribly important when gazing into a mirror and the mirror itself plays a prominent role in the shift. Can you see their own reflection? Yes, are they seeing their double? Yes but not always. Fabs saw his double and then merged with it in the quote.

I don't know much about gates and worlds but when considering this I am reminded of the kind of Dreams that stand out for me. AT one time I had a series of Dreams which I can only describe as being distant story's that took place in places that I remember as being far away. There was a point once where I really felt I was journeying further and further out in to the universe. I think it was the quality of these dreams which made them stand out to me as somehow real. Sometimes it was as though I actually have another life and in that life I journey to other parts of the universe and engage in Alien Wars!! When I wake up my memories may as well belong to someone else they are so far removed from what I think of as myself. I wonder if anyone else has ever got involved in an Alien war?

The very act of trying to remember them may also be interesting. No idea really just guessing at the last bit.

I am going to try to remember these dreams. When ever I think of Dreams I want to remember I am bombarded with flashes of weird and wonderful Dreams. I have started to think that my inner dream matrix is kind of parallel to my life. The self is so vast its hard to imagine!!!

Sounds like great dreams. Maybe you could start to do creative writing to get bits of the dream realm into this world? Like set 10-15 minutes of to just write and write and write.
