Strategies for Remembering Dreams
#1
Dreaming is a cornerstone in Nagualism.

What can be done to enhance the ability to remember dreams?

I tell you things that I found to work - at times

- getting a lot of sleep

- keeping a dreaming diary and planing time to write in it every morning (This one is very good)

- getting enough B vitamins

- Intenting to be a dreamer before going to bed and to remember

- setting alarm in the middle of the night and wake up and take notes.

- Collecting Power. Thats another huge subject....

- Setting up something big to do in dreaming with others or one self.

- taking a Power nap - keep note book ready

What is your tips?

Relax intensly while going to sleep and intend dreaming.

The second you wake up, don't move! Stay put and intend remembering your subtle adventures. They are still fresh, you'll remember them easily.

Hello, I am new to this forum, been reading CC recently and then happened upon this forum.

I was having trouble remembering my dreams then i acknowledged a fear of remebering them and the night before last i remebered a long and detailed dream.

I intended to remember.

I wrote it down.

Alarm clocks don't work for me--the dreams evaporate when that bell dings.

There was a pirate in the dream i remebered, he sang a song that went--"kiss these Holy saints" and then he kissed his fingers and the fingers of his
fellow seamen.

I hope i keep rememdering

I'm definitely a novice and seeker with some inate ability

Gotta go, glad i found this place

Thankyou Nagual LoneWolf, I am very impressed by the posts I've been reading here, a place where people discuss the dark side, dreaming and all that stuff
they tell you doesn't exist, plus people who openly talk about their short commings(the tonal?) nafs, ego...I'm gonna start a new thread cause i want
to say some more without clogging up this flow--I could use some dream remebering pointers too. My other profile name is gracklesnblackbirds, thanks.
