ad Zazen (it is only nickname from Japanese, the practice is cca 6000 years old in this era ? it is from India)

Zazen is absolute. Infinite. If you take directly this advice, you will get it (this is from lineage, and this is advice from Masters, Buddhas and Patriarchs). Mountain of gold if you pratice.

In the beginning, just put one foot on calf, no forcing into half-lotus or full lotus, samadhi (cosmic) mudra and something under buttocks. Sit straightly and firmly concentrated like a tiger or dragon, then enter deep inner silence with it, softly.

When in Zazen, there is the state of Buddha. Universe becomes crystal clear.

When in Zazen, there is the state of Buddha. Universe becomes crystal clear. And yet, there is a claim by Nan Yueh that sitting meditation won't make a Buddha.
And so Nan-yueh took up a piece of tile and began rubbing it. Ma-tsu
asked Nan-yueh what he was doing: "I'm polishing this to make a mirror."
Ma-tsu scoffed, "How can you make a mirror by polishing a tile?"
Nan-yueh rebutted, "How can you make a Buddha by sitting in meditation?"
Also, I believe the word "Zen" is Japanese for the Chinese "Ch'an" which means "sitting meditation"

Yes, been thinking a lot about that lately.  Also, that simply by talking about it and feeding it, you are giving it the opportunity to become real!  What if we don't feed it, don't talk about it, or think about it... then what??

But the only way to defeat the FI is to act impeccably and take full responsability for your actions......so it is the complete opposite of blaming something else.   In fact, once you are aware of the FI and your ability to be free from it, you are much more accountable for your actions.   You are no longer living blindly being controlled, as a chicken is kept in a coop for dinner.   The FI would prefer we do not talk about it, or fight against it, and will convince us it is nonsense.

You dont know that when Nan-yueh was polishing the tile he was really meaning it to make mirror from the tile.
Intelectuals dont understand this and use this koan this to skip zazen, but in reality, all those Zen masters of lineages in China were doing zazen 10-20 hours a day for decades in their lives (i.e. entire life, zazen and work, or zazen only) to the end of their lives(dying in samadhi in zazen posture), Nan-yueh and Ma-tsu included.
Real Zen is not new age american zen e.g. Alan Watts ( http://ccbs.ntu.edu.tw/FULLTEXT/JR-PHIL/ew26759.htm ), thats completely misleading.
The non-thinking is done in practice.
Zen books directly from the real Zen traditions are enlightening because they are written by enlightened. One of the best books is the Denkoroku by Mister Keizan.
Zazen is the Zen practice, concentration.
Otherwise generally awareness of present moment - concentration, i.e. work and all the actions of everyday life with awareness of present moment is the "Zen" practice.
I dont refer to zazen from the Zen perspective (real Zen practitioners in the past were doing zazen 10-20 hours a day, this is because it is called Zen school anyway). Zen is japanese for dhyana (chan in chinese).
I refer to "zazen" under Yoga.
E.g. God Shiva is sitting in Zazen. Zazen is the direct Buddhas practice. It is Yoga.
I would call stopping internal dialogue at will Zen practice too, because it is awareness of present per se. Therefore it is not needed to sit, but only if you practice the total awareness what is otherwise present in the Zazen :-) Thats Buddhas practice.

Gonzo and spiderlily are right, but also Dan is right because if you see energy directly, it can be seen that there is energetic impurity in the head energy center in the ordinary person who is not doing meditation, clearing ones mind.

The problem with this is that both seeing and FI is not the part of this cognitive system. So without the clear mind, inner silence and meditation practice, speaking of FI is irrelevant, so the speaking about FI should be a call for this meditation practice, otherwise we are not control of our minds, and then lives, because "Mind is the king", buddhist proverb.

- "Clearing of ones mind is the teaching of Buddha." (besides of not doing of any evil)

Meditation, inner silence, seems to be the cure for most anything.
Uncle Sam, I would add to that, a healthy body, regular exercise and smart diet is also key.  I know that eating foods with a lot of additives and preservatives (and sugar) can be hard on the body and spirit.  Regular detox and or fasting is a good way to clear body and mind of the toxins acquired from unclean eating.

SL: You must be third attention warrior, or You will suffer ! Yoga is very good idea in this regard, little research will do
Yes because otherwise then warriors in their 50s, 60s, 70s.. find out that their health, their body is wasted, and death. So it is health, precautions... diet (some mix of macrobiotics and paleo diet tuning, never eat 3-4 hours before sleeping, to never eat in the night was the rule of thumb which Buddha has preached) and asanas... (part of yoga), pranayama.. =)) and qi-gong (kung-fu, and even tensegrity from the MP book).
Be third attention warrior please. It would be very sad waste for You sorceress to screw it and be only second attention warrior. Ask nemo on it. I will probably bet on him that he will make it (Eagles gift). But thats all, nobody else (except NLW i have told him already he has very little time and to not waste it on nincompoops).  Think about it and commit yourself before it is not too late !
To everybody: If you wont start to recapitulate compulsively everyday you have no chance...

The problem with the human being is that it requires tremendous discipline to appreciate it.. without discipline it is wasted life, but with discipline it is very cool and always worth it.

That would be really stupid for you sorceress to waste the third attention opportunity with such a talent you have.. departed second attention warrior is a ghost comparared to departed third attention warrior. seriously, if i were you, i would not waste a second and started to be really speeding towards the third attention..

It is yoga too, it is yoga in contrast with the ordinary sorcerer/nagualist (a second attention warrior). They have paid tremendous price to figure it.

The yoga to bring the body and the energy body together, mastery of awareness. Not just to "occupy the energy body" and drop dead with that.

In fact, the Death is the mega boost and so there are even great differences inbetween the successfully departed third attentions warriors.

I know that they mature with age as they practice the mastery of awareness. So then to pick up the highest teachings of awareness is the good point on Yoga, but lets say that such a mastery is really tremendous achievement, it is a tremendous path this third attention way of life.

the idea on the upgrade on the mastery of awareness was based on the developing of Jhanas (absorptions into radiant fields of awareness in the inner silence, the levels of inner silence, notice thats in contrast to dreaming, even dr. CC said it openly).

because what ? if you do Jhanas, then you can get in dreaming (with the double) practically anywhere (vertically), and thats the point my dear + as a third attention warrior then you can get booted anywhere with that then.
