i got to watch this is school a few months ago,  pretty sure its released on dvd.   Chapras got a few books i really enjoyed

It is a Debbie Ford movie about facing her inner shadow. Very good imo.

Great movie, I have dedicated a large part of my life to shadow work, I feel that I have many more miles to go on that journey.

I remember when I apologized to my oldest son for the selfish and angry person I was during some of his upbringing. My father had this shadow and I'd thought as a parent I was nothing like him. My oldest son's forgave me responding "I wouldn't be who I am today."
