Turin, you go to you tube and click on embed underneath the video, then some html pops open and you copy that. Then you come here and click on the insert flash icon and a bar drops down, you will see on the right "ADD FROM HTML" so select that and it gives you a box to paste your html in. : )

Thanks for those instructions Lunoor, I havnt tried it yet, will try it next time. Works by just puting the link in as well does it, as I have above?
