Aurora on love ❤
#1
Infections of a Different Kind released and Aurora is euphoricly ghostly.  My heart enjoys touching at the wispy edges of her message before diving deep into the richness of her music.  I find her so enchanting and captivating.  I love her soulful nature.  Absolutely stunning.

Her album strikes me as an intimate portrait she's allowing us to perceive. Everyone has that naked truth to reveal to trusted viewers. Yet we each are selective of who we reveal what to. There might be multiple layers of self to share. How many secrets of self do we subscribe to? Is it skeletons we keep hidden in our closets or dragons in our dungeons? Is it shame we keep hidden or power?

There's so much beauty in the world. Everything needs to be fixed, but everything is also so very perfect as is. Perfect imperfection.

"And if there is a God, would he then believe in us?"

"Belong to us all
Be God in the shape of a girl
Who walks this world"

Breathtaking.

You know, I can see how it is difficult to walk with humanity when we're hiding many skeletons. Yet, it is arguably difficult to walk with humanity when we're hiding many dragons. Maybe sometimes too the skeletons might mingle in the dungeon and the dragons in the closet. Sometimes it gets confusing when there is so much trying to hide in one place. Anyway, I find the outliers to be very beautiful as they represent an anomaly in the design.

And if there is a God, would he then believe in us? I believe he would.

Aurora is like the big sister I always wanted.  She's unapologetically loving.  I want to be like her when I grow up.  I don't know how all that wisdom fits into such a gorgeous creature.  #goals
