From my part i have nothing more to say than what DG and Bob May said.
I only have a book proposition for you to read: Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse. I spend one summer day doing nothing but reading this book at the beach and then home. At night i finished it and it caused to me what it is called in castaneda's jargon "to stop the world" (even though i haven't read that book of his yet). I will never forget that feeling-that state of being, it's impossible, and it changed me deeply.
So, for me that book was a trigger, maybe it will be for you too-or simply it will make you understand my point of view :-)
In any case it is a nice book to read and a small one too lol))
