I wanted to make a thread for not-doings where anyone can add to or question.
The first not-doing I will share is a very powerful shift of perception that can lead to much power and awareness beyond what i will share here. It is simple to understand and simple to perform so long as you practice and give it a little time.
Most people perceive themselves inside of a world that is already there, spread over the earth, and so you must walk or drive, or whatever, to get to where you are going. This means most people perceive themselves traveling to the store, walking (moving) through the world to the store. However it takes a slight shift to change this, and begin seeing that you are not really moving at all, and yet the objects in your world are actually moving to you and around you, like you are on a moving treadmill that pulls your surroundings to you. At first I wavered between the two positions and so I saw both change depending on how i saw the world. It would switch between them and mix in a combination of the two. As I practiced moving my surroundings to me instead of moving to them the position filled out the more i became aware of it. I began to see that I could force my attention to pull the world to me faster then i was walking and i began to pull the sidewalk closer to me as i walked, stretching it under my feet. Even as I walked in a stationary position I could see that my pace was the same however the environment around me would change speeds as it came to me. I began to practice blinking my eyes rapidly and at different speeds so that as my eyes were closed i could not see the distance of the objects as they proceeded to me, this resulted in the appearance of the objects jumping 'jumping' towards me with every blink. Naturally with your eyes closed for a second you cannot witness their movement and so this is what you will see, them jumping or skipping towards you. however with a little practice i began to make the objects jump more then they should be jumping with every blink. So i sped up my blinking while practicing the pulling with my attention and in the process learned that i could not only speed myself up but i could jump and skip distances completely with every blink, and then increase the distance they would skip. I experimented further to slow the objects as well then pull them right after so it appeared that the objects remained the same distance away even though i was walking and then rapidly proceeded to me right after. The perception of having your world move around you instead of moving around it was astonishing and broke the science of the world for me, freeing much energy. I noticed that as i practiced and got good at it the solid world around me was no longer solid but was rapidly vibrating energy in motion, like fluid liquid in the form of objects. It could not sustain the solid perception while i was pulling and bending everything around me. I suspect as i continue this perception, or position, that i will learn to move and even fly through the world by pulling my attention without moving my body at all. Time will tell.
Today I found another method to move the objects closer to me as well, by shifting my eyes back and forth in front of me while walking, and as my focus went back and forth it brought the objects closer faster. In fact their are many ways to learn to do what i have described and it took me a little while to find how to pull the objects with my attention, but with intent and practice it is easily found. You will have to enter into the perception and stalk it to find your way or the ways i have described here.
