Not-doings

I wanted to make a thread for not-doings where anyone can add to or question.

The first not-doing I will share is a very powerful shift of perception that can lead to much power and awareness beyond what i will share here. It is simple to understand and simple to perform so long as you practice and give it a little time.

Most people perceive themselves inside of a world that is already there, spread over the earth, and so you must walk or drive, or whatever, to get to where you are going. This means most people perceive themselves traveling to the store, walking (moving) through the world to the store. However it takes a slight shift to change this, and begin seeing that you are not really moving at all, and yet the objects in your world are actually moving to you  and around you, like you are on a moving treadmill that pulls your surroundings to you. At first I wavered between the two positions and so I saw both change depending on how i saw the world. It would switch between them and mix in a combination of the two. As I practiced moving my surroundings to me instead of moving to them the position filled out the more i became aware of it. I began to see that I could force my attention to pull the world to me faster then i was walking and i began to pull the sidewalk closer to me as i walked, stretching it under my feet. Even as I walked in a stationary position I could see that my pace was the same however the environment around me would change speeds as it came to me. I began to practice blinking my eyes rapidly and at different speeds so that as my eyes were closed i could not see the distance of the objects as they proceeded to me, this resulted in the appearance of the objects jumping 'jumping' towards me with every blink. Naturally with your eyes closed for a second you cannot witness their movement and so this is what you will see, them jumping or skipping towards you. however with a little practice i began to make the objects jump more then they should be jumping with every blink. So i sped up my blinking while practicing the pulling with my attention and in the process learned that i could not only speed myself up but i could  jump and skip distances completely with every blink, and then increase the distance they would skip. I experimented further to slow the objects as well then pull them right after so it appeared that the objects remained the same distance away even though i was walking and then rapidly proceeded to me right after. The perception of having your world move around you instead of moving around it was astonishing and broke the science of the world for me, freeing much energy. I noticed that as i practiced and got good at it the solid world around me was no longer solid but was rapidly vibrating energy in motion, like fluid liquid in the form of objects. It could not sustain the solid perception while i was pulling and bending everything around me. I suspect as i continue this perception, or position, that i will learn to move and even fly through the world by pulling my attention without moving my body at all. Time will tell.

Today I found another method to move the objects closer to me as well, by shifting my eyes back and forth in front of me while walking, and as my focus went back and forth it brought the objects closer faster. In fact their are many ways to learn to do what i have described and it took me a little while to find how to pull the objects with my attention, but with intent and practice it is easily found. You will have to enter into the perception and stalk it to find your way or the ways i have described here.

A powerful not-doing I have learned is to judge the world positively everyone and everything in it. This way even if I see something evil I can always focus my attention and my active judgements to bring joy and happiness to it I can heal evil knowledge this way turn it into good. De-activating what I would not like to percieve and activating a better awareness position letting myself know that there can be a solution a better position to whatever I do not like or want. This way I can let people see that it doesn't take a lot to re-form old awareness positions into new ones and make positive changes in their lives.

a not doing.(example x)
1) I try to project my intent clearly and with impeccability to the potentially awakened infinite future,
2) i identify that if my intent was a spear i am in the act of throwing forward that part of my power is not fully complete.
3) i recapitulate in order to isolate that part of my energetic history/social conditioning which is a block to my energy in the present.
4) the memory i find is one of sliding down an old car bonnet on a scrap heap.. that i know led within 1.5 seconds of the memory
to my knee being cut open apon some rusty metal snag.
5)i try to bring that same inevitability to the fore in the present, to see where i am sliding inexhorably toward some unknown
which will inevitably contain death of some kind.
6) my not doing is to open my eyes to inevitability, whilst using my recapitualtion to isolate the social conditioning of an earlier wound.
to plot with my totality a motion of inevitability which i am surely sliding on as i was then.
7) the CHOICE at this point is wether to avoid the same mistake as second time "whilst" recapitulating the painfull extreme of the memory.
or to shift the focus and consider the slide as metaphorical of the aspects of my life i do not control, the snag metaphorical of the fringes of the corporeal
but still concurrently clear the energy block.recapitulation.
either way- whatever choice i make i will whilst doing it also re-find the truth of its recapitulation even if i am NOT-to do it again.
9) OR i could go out and do something daft and possible injure myself ina similar fahsion as an act of nostalgia and not doing.

i guess the point is that my action today clears the energetic blockage of resistence to pain (social conditioning) and that is my intent.

the stars are in position today (y)
what i choose to do is a wrestle with the forces of mest and what i kn ow of myself.
i throw the spear again as i .. move.

A not-doing I've been exercising recently is staying mindful of the moment and all sensations that arise inside myself relinquishing their control over my life.
I've dropped my ordinary awareness in which I know everything and everyone and started trusting more in the unknown which in the end has set me free of my thoughts and I put my power into my choice not allowing any external or internal interference over it.
I've been carefully examining what I want and what I do not want for myself being aware that I can change my perception of the past as much as I like and been generating mostly positive emotions and thoughts sending them towards the future and the now.
Needless to say what better is there for a person than a positive life?
I've been examining my way of dealing with negativity in the past and seeing other solutions for it in the now which I will be aligning whenever it suffices in the future so I won't relive my past anymore.
Which opens the door for the unknown ahead relinquishing old ideas, knowledge and perceptions seeing that I can create myself new awareness positions and surround myself with what I like instead of what I had to before is very pleasing indeed.

positive yeah... i like content and harmonious life better.

Healing the ancestors and ones past is essential on some point of the path.

I wonder if you also look at this 'I' that intents this and that?

I teach how to ease suffering, follow Gods path how to be good, live and experience life through the grandest feeling of love how to banish evil and be a conqueror of the self I find that as one of the best ways to heal aswell.

Like you Im into easing suffering, through finding good ways to live you life and teach and raise children though.

Conqueror of the self... what does this mean to you? (Totally I can relate to this as an objective)

To find and realize we're not what and who we know we are see past the illusion of the ego and see that there's nothing to loose but only to gain. See that there is nobody controlling us or our lives they're not pre-destined to be some how or some way that we have our free will for a reason to create ourselves the way we want to be to see we are infinity in a luminous cocoon.

With lots of hard work and discipline of the self for sure. Removing pre-conditioned patterns of behavior cutting away anything from your life that makes you miserable and doesn't respond to your highest thoughts, truths and actions of yourself taking on a path of self-inquiry recapitulating the past and seeing what you want to do differently in the future and not go on making the same mistakes that stop you from progressing along your path always following your heart. The warriors way is an awesome choice that has helped me and can and will help many others for sure. Following only what is worthy that will help you expand, learn bring you joy, happiness, truth and love and responding with the same you want to receieve.

I saw that not-doing resist can be very beneficial for ones life and health.
I saw that whilst I was thinking about what makes me suffer and what I do not want I just suffer more and more.
I decided to take another approach and chose to find a way to end the suffering instead of producing it more and more.
I remembered that the awareness I possess about thoughts, words and actions ultimately produce that result in reality.
I remembered that my choice manifests my reality and saw that while I am resisting the things I do not want I actually give life to them and they produce the emotions in me that make me suffer.
Ultimately the cause of the emotions of suffering, anger, anxiety any negative emotions are produced due to me thinking about, saying or doing things for which I have accepted an awareness (knowledge) that produces that effect. That's the law of cause and effect.
Needless to say I decided from then on to take away the life of everything in my awareness that makes me suffer.
I saw I can always choose either to not resist, think, say and do what causes negativity in my life or I can also choose to align my perception of those things (accept different knowledge and form that awareness position) as not producing negativity.

An interesting not doing I learned long ago from a Toltec shaman was to lay beneath a tree and focus on the spaces between the leaves to highlight all the blue sky, then focus onto the leaves and focus on all the green. Doing this and switching up your focus would make the leaves turn blue. Also I epanded the practice to focus on the shadows of the leaves and highlight all the shadows. I then would drift away in my thoughts and think of different things and watch as the shadows forms images of my mind.

Another interesting not-doing I learned was while riding my bike I would 'hook' my attention to the passing cars and align my attention with their speed. If you pay close enough attention you can measure the differences in speed, from the passing car and your bike speed, with your attention. I lil push with my attention would then pull me to the cars speed and make me soar along aside them. It was great fun, however my bie didnt like it and soon wore out the bearings!

Another not-doing I learned was listening to people speak. I discovered that listening was an active intent that you could control. For example listening to hear a sound can make one. Listening to hear random conversation would intend that result. Listening to hear synchronicity, between your thoughts and the words spoken, would create them. I learned that the act of listening is an intended action. I took the practice further, once I mastered the effect, and would control my own thoughts to control what was being spoken. Being Angelic would cause me to listen to problems and immediately find a solution and force the solution into the minds and words being spoken. If you pay attention and listen as you do this it becomes easy to enter into the minds of the peope around you.
