I am an ally too now, taken on the form of many of my allies. I can intend directly form the spirit and even call a simple rock God, and have it move me anywhere I want to be. I have been alone with myself for many years in this practice and do not rely on anothers power or energy to free me. TO be free is also very much to be alone, trusting self, and I am a lone wolf. Oh they come out of the wood work they have saying I can do this and I can do that for you but do you know what haens when I do not believe them... they can not do anything. No not a thing. Truth be told it is my power they are after, and my acceptance to move them into these power spots but most of the time for these shady being I just say no thank you.
