What is it you would desire in a perfect world? What is it that humanity
would need in a perfect world? What is your Utopia? What would your
“Heaven on Earth” be like? How would you live in your dream world? What
would your dream world look like?
Ace:
Basically there will be a one global government alliance like the UN,
the countries of the world will be like the states of the US (the
states do not war against eachother)
it will take a while to get there, probably have many minor wars and
potential for a few great world wars... or a miracle could happen and
the process gets increasingly more peaceful
then once there is a one world government there will still be a
police force taking care of criminal syndicate groups, and
humanity/civilization will continue to grow and evolve, becoming more
peaceful and enlightened until we need less and less laws and finally
self-governing of no-government where everyone just does whats best for
the whole (planet) naturally...
the exponentially increasing technology will play interesting
roles... the push for green eco-friendly technology has to increase on
the large industry scale to save the planet...
we may have to unify together against an invading extraterrestrial
ufo attack, or the Robots could rise up against us, or some genetic
biologyscience experiments go astray like planet of the apes... then
that will promote human bonding survival instinct brother/sisterhood as
we join together to save the human species from destruction...
we may see a triggering of spontaneous mass x-men mutation jedi kundalini awakenings... hh
through all the challenges humanity will progress in civilization, science, art, and wisdom...
thats a realisitic 'transition' to Utopian peace I see...
oh and Jesus could come back any time soon!

Videogames can change a person's brain and, as researchers are finding, often that change is for the better.
"A growing body of university research suggests that gaming improves
creativity, decision-making and perception. The specific benefits are
wide ranging, from improved hand-eye coordination in surgeons to vision
changes that boost night driving ability.
People who played action-based video and computer games made
decisions 25% faster than others without sacrificing accuracy, according
to a study."

The great strength of Buddhism is that its adherents are free to choose truth from all religions; such freedom of choice has seldom characterized a Urantian faith. "Gradually the concept of God, as contrasted with the Absolute, began to
appear in Buddhism. Its sources are back in the early days of this
differentiation of the followers of the Lesser Road and the Greater
Road. It was among the latter division of Buddhism that the dual
conception of God and the Absolute finally matured. Step by step,
century by century, the God concept has evolved until, with the
teachings of Ryonin, Honen Shonin, and Shinran in Japan, this concept finally came to fruit in the belief in Amida Buddha."

Amida
Sutra
O Shariputra,
even as I praise
Amida Buddha's inconceivable,
Immeasurable roots of goodness, in
The Eastern Quarter there exist as well:
Immovable Buddha
Sumeru-Form Buddha
Great Sumeru Buddha
Wonderful Sound Buddha
The Southern Quarter shines with Buddhas too:
Sun-Moon-Lamp Buddha
Name Hearing Light Buddha
Great Flame-Shoulder Buddha
Sumeru Lamp Buddha
Limitless Energetic Striving Buddha
The Western Quarter shines with Buddhas too:
Limitless Life Buddha
Limitless Form Buddha
Great Light Buddha
Great Brightness Buddha
Treasure Form Buddha
Pure Light Buddha
The Northern Quarter shines with Buddhas too:
Flame Shoulder Buddha
Most Excellent Sound Buddha
Unstoppable Buddha
Sun-Birth Buddha
Pure Brightness Buddha
The Upper Quarter shines with Buddhas too:
Brahma Sound Buddha
Abode King Buddha
Perfume Arising Buddha
Great Flaming Shoulders Buddha
Mixed Color Treasure Wreath Body Buddha
Sala King Tree Buddha
Treasure Flower Virtue Buddha
Seeking All Principles Buddha
Like Sumeru Mountain Buddha
The Lower Quarter shines with Buddhas too:
Lion Buddha
Name Hearing Buddha
Name Light Buddha
Dharma Buddha
Law Flag Buddha
Law Keeping Buddha
They are as numerous as Ganges sands
And each, in his own world, extends his tongue
Until it universally expounds
Across the thousands of great thousand worlds
The truth which is contained in these words:
"All sentient beings should believe the words
This sutra here reveals, extolling and
Explaining all the virtues thought of and
Protected by the Buddhas everywhere."
They all attain, not retrogressing, to
Complete and perfect Bodhi. It's because
Of this, o Shariputra, that you should
Believe, accept and honor what is preached
By many Buddhas in their many worlds.
If, Shariputra, there are people who
Aroused the wish, arouse the wish right now
Or shall arouse the wish to be reborn
In Highest Happiness, they are, in truth,
Reborn into that realm of Perfect Peace,
Or are reborn into Amida's World,
Or shall be soon reborn into that world.
Not retrogressing, they attain profound
Serene and unsurpassed enlightenment.
O Shariputra, therefore, all good men
Or women having faith shall thus arouse
The wish for birth in Buddha'a Highest World.

The Buddha spoke to his disciple first,
The Elder Shariputra, "Listen now,
O Shariputra. Far from here exists
A world, one called Sukhavati. This means
'The Highest Happiness, the Realm of Bliss.'
Amida Buddha rules this kingdom now.
He actually lives there presently,
Continually teaching Dharma Law.
And why is this land called the Land of Bliss?
And why is it called the Highest Happiness?
The reason, Shariputra, now is clear,
For beings living there experience
'Not having many sorrows.' They receive
Unceaslingly all kinds of happiness.
It thus is called the Land of Happiness.

I read this somewhere else and thought it would make for an ideal discussion on here:
What is it you would desire in a perfect world? What is it that humanity
would need in a perfect world? What is your Utopia? What would your
“Heaven on Earth” be like? How would you live in your dream world? What
would your dream world look like? Your world can be as fantastic and
marvelous as you want it to be. There are no rules, no right or wrong
descriptions, only the world of your dreams.

Good part of it all is that, You can visit/attain those high heavens including "Sukhavati,
'The Highest Happiness, the Realm of Bliss.' "
if You look at full-spectrum cosmology
The Thirty-one Planes of Existence
http://www.accesstoinsigh...f/dhamma/sagga/loka.html
You can visit easily the lower heavens in kama-loka, or even the high heavens in Rupa-loka, the realm of Gods, if You are a practicing buddhist.
As a buddhist "sorcerer"/yogi or as a boddhisattva.

Buddhist "sorcerer"/yogi is the best "sorcerer"/yogi. The wise one.
Everyone (such a buddhist) should take a boddhisattva vow in this life.

Buddha, Sakjamuni Buddha himself was such an example of a boddhisattva.
He was a highly-realized yogi in Himalaya before he was born in Kapilavatth. Other boddhisattvas dwell in Tusita heaven before they are born here on Earth.
Buddha himself had all the types of seeing, including seeing energy directly as it flows in Universe, and the other types of seeing, like seeing the transmigration of beings, the past lives - his and of other, seeing the beings in the whole Universe, and, travelling to the other worlds in his energy body =)
For example, teaching dharma his deceased mother (princess Yasodhara) by visiting her in heaven, or visit the God of this realm (Brahma) in the respective plane.
Its all recorded in Pali canon.
Some boddhisattvas are working here on this Earth, some in the heavens and some in the hells.
