Well, SUPPOSEDLY, this life that we lead
is custom designed for each and every one of us. The main "purpose of
life" is to renew our sense of wonder for the eternal rewards to come.
Unfortunately, eternal rewards can get boring after a few
hundred-thousand-years and we eventually crave a life like this so that
we can renew our appreciation of eternal rewards. The more brutal the
life the longer the appreciation of the eternal rewards of Heavenly
realms. Supposedly, we are all God equally with no one person more "God"
than anyone else.
There are those who have gone so insane from
having things all nice and wonderful all the time that they have, in
their insanity, rebelled and have been cast out of the Heavenly realms.
Supposedly, Satan is their leader and I spell his name with a capitol
'S' out of respect. You see, unless there is some sort of adversary
there is no adventure to lives like these. It's a dirty job, but someone
has to do it and Satan is doing it. I say it's truly a 'miracle' that
he has beings he can trust among his army. That must must be a miracle
indeed for the evil I encounter in this life are out for themselves and
CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

I used to be cultivating a borderline obsession with obtaining 55 million-dollars, after taxes, so that I would have plenty left over to give away. The more I deepened my association with Mother Nature the more convinced She made me that money is soon to become worthless. Once this message became strong enough and I finally became convinced I felt inspired to reorient myself and my goals in life. I learned from the Spirit of Intent that true wealth is something you can take with you when you die and leave this life. The true treasures of a person are demonstrated in qualities of character. I now agree with Socrates that Virtue expressed is the goal everyone should reach for in life. Yes, the overall quality of a person's character is the treasure that he or she will take with them when they leave this life.
Realistically, I believe we all fall short of living gloriously in this modern world. We all have to deal with failures and backsliding. However, I now believe it's not so much what we accomplished in life as what we truly were aiming to accomplish. As long as we forgive all others their shortcomings we have every Universal Right to forgive ourselves our shortcomings.
So the more we aim for the manifestation of good and wonderful things the more wealthy we become. The more we strive to demonstrate sincere and heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful things we have already received the truly wealthier we become.
Fortunate indeed is someone who dies in the midst of a gesture of sincere, heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for all the good and the wonderful in his or her life for such a person enters eternity a very wealthy person indeed!

MY COMMENT:
I believe that true Spiritual Advancement comes to those who are future oriented. Those who are determined focus on failures in the past and beat themselves up over those failures are doomed to spiritual stagnation. The wise touch upon problems as lightly as possible and focus upon potential solutions to the very best of their abilities.
If it is true that we are all God equally and that everything everywhere belongs to each and everyone of us equally then the only thing I can see holding us back from reaching our full potential is our inability to remember who we truly are! As long as we are convinced we are this ego, that began at birth and will end at death, we are doomed to be limited by what we have been trained to believe about ourselves and what we can and cannot accomplish.
Supposedly, what we call 'life' is the Divine Masquerade of God; The Divine Puppet Show and we are all willing participants whether we remember this or not. We either believe we chose to come here for some great purpose or we live our lives like leaves tossed around by whatever wind of circumstance may choose to blow us.
I know from direct experience that focusing upon perceived past failures is paralyzing. It stops one cold and hopeless. However, to focus upon the great things I intend to accomplish with my life moves me forward towards greater and greater victory. Ignorant people just need to learn and remember who they truly are to begin to tap into their full potential in life. Some want to realize their full potential and, apparently, most do not. That is indeed their choice, but those who refuse to embark on remembering who they truly are can expect the manifestation of seemingly pointless problems and frustrations that they, in their ignorance, are creating for themselves.
I say we are each responsible for OUR OWN LIVES! If we choose to take risks, for some great purpose, we much take responsibility for the fact that we may indeed be injured or even die! Those who would be truly Spiritually Advanced MUST take responsibility for their actions and their lives. Until we do this there is no hope of any worthwhile Spiritual Advancement.
Three brave warriors made the ultimate sacrifice at the Sedona Spiritual Warrior workshop. You may have read what I have just written and assumed that I am having a fantastically Spiritual day. Not really. Mother Nature is DETERMINED to force me to accelerate my metabolism by making me move faster in all that I do. I am resisting this out of pure human laziness and eventually it hits the proverbial fan for whatever Mother Nature wants from me She eventually gets whether I like it or not! It hit the fan last night as I decided to finish cleaning the house rather than go to the gym for another humiliating Zumba class. Hey, I need the cardiovascular work, but blending in with the rest of the Zumba class members at the gym, comprised of mostly homely women, is just not doing it for me. I've been using Zumba to create a new style of martial arts cardio workout that focuses primarily on my body the stomach down. I tend to do about a third of a Zumba song then immediately come out into the gym and do super-fast footwork ALMOST touching to barely touching certain equipment racks. I feel as though I am using the Zumba class like a diving board into a new form of martial arts cardiovascular workout that I am creating.
Unfortunately, I have to admit that my body has a mind of its own and it is often at odds with the mind of my Spiritual body. I believe Jesus said something to the effect of 'The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak'. Well, I can attest to that. Today, in deep meditative trance, I had a direct discussion with my body's mind and my body's mind said that it feels ridiculous doing Zumba. It feels like an ****. Now, if there was AT LEAST ONE gorgeous girl in the class that would be completely different. Sadly, most of the time there are only women who I wouldn't screw even if they threw themselves at me with threats of death. I can clearly see myself in the mirrors of the room looking like an **** and, frankly, my body is not inspired by the sight.
My body's mind told me today that I have learned all I need from the Zumba class to go to the gym and develop my new Zumba inspired martial arts workout. I must admit that having to be at the gym ON TIME for a Zumba class is not very inspiring to me. I'm really good at certain things in the gym. I'm not very good at Zumba and, frankly, IT'S HUMILIATING! I don't like to go to the gym, on THEIR time schedule, to be humiliated! I want to be super-cool when I go to the gym and I am super-cool....except when I do Zumba. Sheesh!
I'll tell you what's the worst: The worst is when there are no gorgeous babes in the Zumba class, and it's full, and the homely women around me have not taken a bath and desperately need one! Oh man, does that ever stink! I hold God fully responsible for giving me the nose of a dog who hates the smell of ****. Yes I do! Honestly, homely women are bad enough when they don't stink. I don't want to write anymore about this!
BUTT...I will say that I now feel that hell is being in a Zumba class with homely women who stink...for all eternity!

I currently believe that the secret to enjoying life to the fullest comes from remembering just enough of our true natures in order to have the most amount of fun with life possible. However, if it is true that we deliberately live lives like these in order to renew our appreciation of realms of eternal pleasure I don't see how I can be as successful with this theory as I feel I would like to be. Chances are there is something in me that will always keep me from realizing this dream, in life, to its fullest potential. I don't know.
What I do feel quite certain of is that all the miseries in my life can be traced, in one way or another, to a weakness within myself. The only solution I have found that truly works is to use all the circumstances of life to become stronger in all good and wonderful ways. Success in life is for the future orientated. As I have stated, those who dwell on the past with regret tend to paralyze their Spiritual progress. The road to true success comes from letting go of everything that weakens and embracing all that strengthens and brings out the very best in us.
Personally, I have been convinced by Mother Nature that there is little time left before the new owners of planet Earth make their presence known. When this soon happens money will become worthless and, as Mother Earth demands, the Earth will be depopulated of about 90% of all human troublemakers. Supposedly, among the 10% who survive will be the true geniuses of humanity who will breed a race of veritable Leonardo DaVinci's to inherit the Earth. I have no faith that I will be among that 10%, but I do have faith that if I do my best to live a grateful and appreciative life I will be given the gift of a quick and painless death. Hey, that sounds good enough to me! Let the geniuses among humanity inherit the Earth. I'm more than content to check out tonight before I have to take another friggin bath or smell another one of my farts.

Fact of the matter is that being too determined to have death tap me soon is not in harmony with living a life filled with gratitude and appreciation for all the wonderful things that have been entrusted to me. Sooner or later I am forced to 'snap' out of it and become future oriented again.
I have seen this over and over and over throughout the years and now the inner-vision is more real than ever before. I 'see' myself getting stronger and stronger in a specific way. In contrast, my physical strength is a placebo by comparison. True strength is demonstrated through a strengthening of my connection to the Universal Force of Creation through the focusing of my personal Intent. I am currently convinced that the best way to strengthen my connecting link to my Source is to become borderline obsessed with sending healing energy into Mother Earth. She so desperately needs to be healed, thanks to the abuse of humanity. It is a noble and worthwhile gesture to do my best to envision myself connected to the very source of health and sending all the healing energy I can imagine into Mother Earth. I have 'seen' over and over that this is the path of heart that will eventually develop in me such a powerful link to my source that all wonderful things I can properly envision will indeed manifest.
As for the bulk of humanity: Everyone has to pull their own weight with the Spirit of Intent. Those who reject the philosophy contained in The Secret deserve the problems they manifest. It is not my business to interfere with the misery humans want to create for themselves. After all, THEY are God equal to myself and THEY have every right to manifest a miserable existence for themselves without my interference.
One of the most important aspects of true peace of mind is knowing when to mind one's own business
I have no intention to "save the world". That's Jesus' job so go to Jesus for your salvation and leave me out of it! I live among a race of mostly ungrateful troublemakers who deserve the trouble they get. I no longer have any desire to help people who refuse to help themselves. That's God's job, not mine! So, I am perfectly content to allow humanity to destroy itself as long as their destruction does not affect me in any way other than wonderful. I envision myself and my loved ones attracting so many blessings from the source of all blessings that no matter what horrible things may be happening in the rest of the world they will always be happening...somewhere far away. We will hear about them as though they are scripted television shows that we can turn off with the push of a button.
Like it or not, those who reject The Secret and related philosophies have no choice except to haphazardly manifest whatever their ignorant minds conjure up through conflicting messages sent out into the universe.
Just as the idiots in Haiti cannot make the connection between voodoo and the attraction of natural disasters, the modern human population cannot make the connection between watching hospital programs and getting sick or watching violent criminal cop programs and the crime in their societies. Fact of the matter is that until the police can be assured they will not be laid off crime will continue to be regulated. The problem will never be solved. It is because of facts like this that the human race is not fit to survive and planet Earth will be taken away from humanity and given to those more worthy of Her.

There's more than enough room in the Universe for a specific purpose to life for each and every one of us. So, YOUR particular purpose to life is indeed just as valid as anyone else's, if it means a lot to you. Seriously though...Intent is convincing me more and more that the Earth

For many years I have felt that aliens are coming to take the planet away from humanity (WHO DON'T DESERVE THIS BEAUTIFUL PLANET) and fix all the ecological problems insane humanity has created. The messages are getting stronger as more and more movies about aliens are being produced. The movie Skyline really threw me for a loop. I don't think I will ever be the same. There they were, just as I was wondering, aliens who eat humans hair, teeth, boots and all! I was shocked because I've been told by Intent that a number of alien species have been enlisted to EAT the worst of humanity. Some of these races can indeed eat humans hair, teeth, boots and all. Then there they are in the movie Skyline! It really shook me up!

I believe the government has been slowly revealing the truth to film makers and they are making these movies to prepare humanity for what is to come. I am still being led to believe that Intent is the Universal Force that causes all things to come into existence. Intent is not alive because it cannot die. Intent is...always has been and always will be. We're just passing through this, supposedly, Divine Puppet Show of Intent.
The planet Earth is one of the creations of Intent and the Earth is a living being. Shamanistic cultures have pointed towards this, but Western Christian thought has dismissed this as nonsense.
My prayers to the guiding force of the Universe have not been in vain. I have been given a wonderful life with promises of greater and more wonderful things to come. HOWEVER, I must pay for what I receive from Intent. Suffering is the currency of the Spirit. If you are not willing to pay the price you don't get the prize. That's what I have learned. There is no turning back and I must admit that sometimes the sufferings Mother Nature puts upon me can be excruciating. It's an invisible pressure that makes everything I may do much more difficult to accomplish. The pressure is most intense when I am alone at home. Mother Nature is usually merciful enough to keep the pressure light when I have to deal with humanity, but not always. I must admit, that considering all the good I have received it is worth the payment. I sense that no matter how much I may suffer I am getting a bargain. This is especially true when I see what is going on in the rest of the world. Still, there are times when the pressure becomes so intense that I beg for death to take me. When I reach that point Mother Nature tends to back off, but I am being forced to strengthen myself so that I become tougher and more resilient and can take more and more suffering before I reach my limit; and this, whether I like it or not. It's too late to change my mind.
If humanity had built their entire societies upon the concept that the Earth is a living being EVERYTHING would be different. They would be thinking differently before they create machinations that pollute and destroy the Earth. The modern atheist/agnostic scientific premise that the Universe is like some sort of dead clock-like thing has given birth to blasphemous machinations of destruction. The super-rich have exploited this planet feeling as though they didn't have to worry about the eventual repercussions because they would be dead by then. So they kept leaving an Earth that was worse than when they themselves had it to their children. Let their children fix the problems they have created, was their silent motto.
Well, the time has finally come where the industrial revolution has caught up with the human race and humanity is now choking on its own filth with an enraged Mother Nature determined to slowly torture humanity through growing natural disasters like nothing the world has ever seen! It has already begun and these are still the 'good old days'.
Some tend to feel as though Mother Nature is always sweet and wonderful and never asks anything in return for what She gives.
THERE ARE NO FREE RIDES WITH THE SPIRIT!!!
I have learned that Mother Nature DEMANDS human sacrifice for what humans have taken from the Earth. That's what wars are all about! War's are human sacrifice payments instigated by Mother Nature in order to FORCE the human race to pay for what they have taken from the Earth!
Well, that's what I've been told over and over, but I'm always ready to find I am wrong. How about YOU? Are you always, casually, ready to find YOU are wrong and fully prepared to upgrade your current beliefs? If not then we are not equals, from a Universal Perspective. Those who are not willing to upgrade their views when more truth becomes available are PART OF THE PROBLEM. Oh yes, religions are indeed PART OF THE PROBLEM!

THE PURPOSE OF LIFE:
INTRODUCTION:
You will note that I tend to qualify all of these supposed revelations from Intent with words like "supposedly" or "I currently believe" or other such qualifiers. This is how I have been instructed to share all information that I have not personally verified as true. I am being led to believe this is the way all wise people should be sharing all information they have not personally verified. Yes, including the evening news. If you have not personally verified ANY information you have received as true you should ALWAYS qualify that information in this manner. It is indeed a sign of true sanity, from a Universal perspective, to do so. Unfortunately, religions will never agree to this; insane moron's that they are. The Moron religion is getting more popular all the time, it seems.
Okay, it supposedly goes something like this. First let me say that I paid with tremendous sufferings to receive this information from Intent. Chances are it will mean nothing to you, but that's as it should be because I am NOT looking for converts:
There are no words that can properly describe the force of creation that brings everything into being. Humans tend to use the world God and they are certain they know what they are talking about. Supposedly, at best, they barely have a clue. For the sake of this post I am calling the force of Creation: Intent. In order to keep from writing "supposedly" a thousand times in this post I will qualify this entire revelation from Intent here with SUPPOSEDLY:
Intent is the force that brings everything into being. As a way of getting a grasp on what Intent is imagine yourself Spiritually advancing until your mind becomes so powerfully linked to the entire Universe that you no longer need a body. Keep advancing until you realize that you are made of the exact same energetic substance as everything else and you lose all sense of ego (your sense of being separate from everything). Imagine yourself as pure, perfect mind at one with everything everywhere; equal to all. This is supposed to be the best example that can be humanly conceived as to what Intent is. Intent is not 'alive' because Intent cannot die. Intent is...was and ever more shall be; the Ultimate Cosmic Constant
The overall main purpose of Intent is to keep itself occupied with all manner of interesting artistic creations. What we call life is the museum of Intent and we are the willing puppets of the Divine Puppet Show of Intent, whether we realize this or not.
Intent finds it interesting to create contrast and so in this realm we find ourselves surrounded by opposites. Male, female, hot, cold, up, down, right, wrong,...etc...good and evil
There is no such thing as "beauty" unless there is "ugliness" to compare it to. There is no such thing as "good" unless there is "evil" to compare it to. So we are all part of Intent's sense of purpose to keep itself occupied with increasingly interesting things to do. The big problem is that everything has already been done over and over and over and over, for infinity upon infinity, and there is nothing else that can be done that is unique. Oh, there can be variations on what has already been done, but that is just a different looking versions of the exact same thing.
This is the source of tremendous frustration within Intent and the reason why there is so much hell on Earth and in the rest of the Universe.
If there is such a being as God and He desperately needs to have His creation constantly telling Him how great He is then I venture that God is in desperate need of a psychiatrist! I cannot possibly believe that the Creator God is that insane, but religions can.
For example:
Religions tend to feel God is pleased when we approach "Him" with an attitude of unworthiness. This is especially true of Hindu religions I have personally encountered. Hare Krishna people don't even consider themselves worthy to be called: devotees. At best, they are aspiring to be worthy to be considered 'devotees' and that, at best, is how they shall remain for the rest of their miserable lives.
Well, I now believe that to call any creation of God unworthy of God is to insult the Creator. How can an Absolutely Perfect God create something that is less than absolutely perfect? It seems to me to be an 'absolute' impossibility. So if you think you are going to get on God's 'good' side by telling Him how unworthy you are I suggest you think again. God is most impressed by those who are extremely grateful and appreciative of all the good they have received and is most impressed by those who give thanks for the good in their lives while they are going through tremendous persecution. When things are at their worst and you can give thanks for all the good you have received in the past you are setting up a pattern for manifesting a lot more good! Of course, only a true master can be this disciplined and I often fall short of that mark.
One of the aspects of Creation is we are being farmed whether we realize it or not. When we die the total core emotional experiences we have had are eaten by the galaxy as food. Our galaxy is alive and the sum of our life experiences is an energy that the galaxy eats when we die. So there is indeed merit to Castaneda's don Juan stating that the "Eagle" eats our life force energy when we die. Of course, to call the galaxy's energetic force that consumes the core life-force energy of all beings that die "The Eagle" is misleading. Just as ANY words used to describe the force of Creation are misleading.
I have just revealed to you a number of things I have never seen written in any book. So what, right? If you blindly believe it all to be absolutely true you are dumber than I am. This much I can tell you with full confidence.

A SHARED RESPONSE:
Well, the old-timers over there at Sustained
Reaction know that I consider lucid dreaming to be too much of a hassle
and MUCH TOO DANGEROUS!
I do, what I call, Waking Dreaming; or,
Controlled Daydreaming; or, Guided Directed and Focused Thought in Deep
Chi Trance States. It's much safer and easier to come out of deep trance
states quickly, if required.
My whole Intent is focused on
sending Healing Energy from the Source of all energy into Mother Earth
and through the healing of Mother Earth it comes back around and I am
healed as well. So, through the healing of Mother Earth the Universe
heals me. It takes work and I'm getting better and better at it all the
time.
I also work towards 'seeing' myself, in my mind's eye, as I
Intend to become and 'walking into the dream' and becoming that person;
if only for a few moments at a time.
Through waking dreaming I
am able to access Silent Knowledge in order to get great ideas for all
sorts of things. Many of the ideas are answers to practical requests
about logistical things in my life. I may have a problem and I
essentially send the message out to the Universe: 'I need a solution to
this problem. Thanks in advance for the solution' and release this type
of thought into the Universe in a waking trance state; kind of like some
sort of energetic fisherman. Soon, like an energetic boomerang, POW a
solution literally 'pops' into my life. Sometimes Intent gives me
solutions to problems I didn't even realize I had! This has become so

I steer far away from witchcraft. I don't believe it is safe to mess with that stuff as you inadvertently attract demonic forces to help you...for a price. Once they latch on chances are you will never get rid of them so I don't mess with witchcraft. If something I am inspired to do, by Mother Nature, seems like witchcraft that is not my intention. In the past I've been given the impression that: let's say you choose to use witchcraft spells in order to bless someone with health. What might very well happen is YOUR health will be taken from you and given to the other person. They will get healthier and YOU will get sicker. This is my view of witchcraft and I feel inspired to believe it is a very wise view.
As for lucid dreaming: What don Juan called "The Second Attention" is indeed an ocean and there are sharks. Lucid dreaming is like being a little worm that ventures into the ocean. It can be EXTREMELY dangerous to the soul. I NEVER recommend it. Even though there has been a feud between myself and Gay Gardner that goes back many years he had to agree with me about the dangers of lucid dreaming. Just because it may be safe for YOU does not mean it will be safe for anyone else. You are not doing people any favors be recommending lucid dreaming. Robert Monroe has reported some of those dangers in his expert books on out-of-the-body experiences and Monroe has established an institute for research into lucid dreaming.

Again I say: Just because YOU may find lucid dreaming to be perfectly safe does not mean others will have that same safe experience. I strongly recommend that you NEVER encourage people to do lucid dreaming. Then again...I may be incorrect about this. Could YOU be incorrect in recommending lucid dreaming as perfectly safe? Nuff said on this subject.
My Waking Dreaming is done with the Intent to accomplish wonderful things in my life. I feel that by giving my best to bless Mother Earth with Health and Happiness I guarantee that my life will automatically be blessed; in accordance with my faith. Mother Nature does indeed appreciate my efforts and I Intend to expand the reality of the blessings. They will soon become as "real" as anything else in my life.
I've learned from experience that depression is the direct result of being ungrateful. Yes, depression is the sure sign of the consistently ungrateful. There is no way you can be depressed and extremely grateful and appreciative at the same time. They are mutually exclusive. So, the cure for depression is to be consistently grateful and appreciative of all the wonderful things in your life and demonstrate that gratitude with gesture offerings to the Spirit. If your gestures are done for humanity then you are at humanity's mercy. If they do not appreciate your efforts you will go right back into depression feeling completely justified to be depressed. When the gesture offerings are given to the Spirit of Intent whoever else may benefit from your offerings are irrelevant.
For example:
Although I know for a fact that you cannot cure poverty consciousness by giving a person money, when I feel moved by the Spirit I will give a $10.00 or $20.00 bill to a homeless person. What the person does with the money is irrelevant. Whether the person appreciates my gesture is irrelevant. What is relevant is my saying to the Spirit as I give the money something to the effect of: 'Thank you for giving me such a wonderful place to live' or 'May I never EVER be homeless again!' or other things along those lines. So you see the gestures of gratitude have little to nothing to do with the people who may receive the benefits of my gestures. The gestures are done for the Spirit of the Sentient Universe and the Spirit is ALWAYS grateful for the thought.
When dealing with the Sentient Universe the (((THOUGHT))) means more than we can possibly imagine!
Those who strive to think healthy, happy, grateful thoughts backed by consistent gestures of gratitude and appreciation to the Universal Force of Intent cannot possibly be depressed for very long.
I feel the most important gesture of gratitude must take the form of treating oneself with respect, exercising regularly with the Intent to improve and striving to eat healthy.
As I suspected. It seems Cocomojo continues to go to the trouble of creating posts with lots of YouTube links and just about no one is clicking on them. Coco just doesn't have a bloody clue. I can't get along with idiots like that. Such people go round and round and round and get nowhere worth being. As I go round and round I strive to spiral upward towards maintaining consistently faster levels of Spiritual Vibrations.
Happiness and health comes from maintaining faster levels of Spiritual vibrations. Depression always slows the Spiritual vibrations of a person down.
FASTER SPIRITUAL VIBRATIONS = Health and Happiness
SLOWER SPIRITUAL VIBRATIONS = depression and sickness

If you surrender to the solutions of those who are secretly pushers for the pharmaceutical industry of course the only solutions are drugs and therapy. That's how the bastards get their money; by tricking people into gladly accepting solutions that make the drug companies lots of money. Oh, I have no doubt that ungrateful thinking, for a long enough period of time, can cause chemical imbalances in the brain. However, I believe those imbalances can be corrected by properly consistent grateful and appreciative thinking coupled with gestures of gratitude and appreciation offered to the Spirit of Intent. Hey, it works for me!
For many years I had problems with depression. Even now when it tempts to grab me I stop watching the news. Caring too much about things that are none of my business is one of the ways that depression used to grab a hold of me. Casually not caring at all about the problems of others, that are none of my business, has helped me tremendously. I've learned that I cannot be extremely grateful and appreciative and depressed at the same time.

So if YOU don't believe there are such things as demons how is that any of my business? I casually don't care. If it doesn't work for you I really don't care because it's none of my business.
You see this is how I stay out of depression. I refuse to give people the ability to either bring me up or bring me down. They don't deserve such power over me and I now refuse to give it to them!

I KNOW FOR A FACT that there are (((MANY))) inorganic beings that feed on negative energy attached to humans and use humans to breed. Like dumbass Silhouette, I used to fight them wherever I sensed their presence and all I did was make horrendous enemies. There are just too many of them! So, now I mind my own business. I say that the successful shark deserves his food. If I can find solutions that work for me that is more than good enough. Let Jesus save the rest.
What I have learned is that all my problems in life have a common source: they are part of weaknesses within my character. The stronger I become in connected to the source of all solutions the easier everything else becomes. Hey, that's what currently works for me. When something better comes along I'll casually toss out the old and bring in the new!
This is all I intend to do to talk about depression. Talking about depression just tempts to make me depressed and keeping out of depression involves NOT dwelling upon ANYTHING that tempts to make me depressed. Talking about the things that make me grateful and appreciative is much more healthy and wholesome. Talk to a person who is depressed. Let them say whatever they want and you will find that they have no interest in talking about what they are truly grateful and appreciative of in life. Not my problem. I casually no longer care.

the intent to improve and eat healthy, to the best of your ability,
all the rest doesn't mean much of anything. Demonstrating gratitude
and appreciation for one's body is the foundation for all other
successful gestures to the Spirit of Gratitude and Appreciation. He
who does not care to demonstrate respect for oneself cannot hope to
attract beings of light who will respect him.

I want to humbly give an apology to all of you out there if my solutions don't work for you. Solutions such as mine are continually being upgraded. If something works for you I suggest you do it. Whatever you may do in life please DON'T view me as a don Juan answer man because I am not. I am doing my best and sometimes my best is just not good enough and I am smashed down by the Spirit. However, I eventually get back up again stronger and more resilient for the experience and I am grateful for that fact in advance.

Although I am always upgrading my beliefs when more truth becomes available one fact remains: In order for me to snap out of a depression I MUST demonstrate my gratitude and appreciation for my body FIRST OF ALL! This means getting cleaned up, exercising with the Intent to improve and doing what I can to try and eat healthy. That is a MUST for me. People seem to think that all you have to do is say you are grateful and that's enough to please the Spirit of Intent. Sorry, it takes more than words to snap me out of depression. IT TAKES ACTION to speed up my internal energies. As my energies speed up I automatically feel happier and better about EVERYTHING. That's a guarantee for me!
Those who don't want to make the effort can expect to remain depressed. Hey, if you secretly want to be depressed you will indeed find excuses to stay depressed, period. Oh, the drug companies will do their best to feed on you like some sort of pharmaceutical vampires. They will give you solutions that involve seeing doctors and taking psyche drugs. The more drugs you take the merrier they are!
It's amazing that in the final analysis doctors of the modern medical world have turned out to be legal drug pushers for the pharmaceutical companies. We've been brainwashed all our young lives to blindly trust doctors. Now I see more and more television commercials where law firms are encouraging people to sue the drug companies because their children have been born with birth defects thanks to taking dangerous pharmaceutical drugs.
I'd say the worst are the drug commercials where the depression curing drug may cause people to become suicidal. Well, at least it doesn't cause depressed people to go on a serial killing murderous rampage, right? So I guess the drug must be worth something.
I say there is no cure for a depressed person who refuses to demonstrate gratitude and appreciation through consistently showing tremendous respect for their own bodies. Like it or not, humans MUST exercise regularly and strive to eat healthy in moderate amounts. People who refuse to do this will eventually regret it whether they are depressed or not!

If you ever get antipasto and regular pasto together occupying the same space at the same time, properly introduced, you will trigger an explosion that will make Hiroshima look like a crate of melted Hershey chocolate bars. Lucky for the world that Hitler never stumbled upon this secret or we would all be speaking German today.

My revenge against all

and STRONGER!!! I've put in AT LEAST 1000 grueling workout since the old
days at Sustained Reaction. How many grueling workouts have you put in,
wimp? In your honor, I recently got back from the gym after putting in
an outrageous cardio/bodybuilding workout. I've been successful in using
the essence of Zumba dance workouts to develop a powerfully cool
cardio/bodybuilding workout. It's still in the developmental stages, but
it involves tremendously fast footwork kicks 'almost' touching certain
pieces of equipment at the gym. These superfast kicks are done between
bodybuilding sets on various pieces of state of the art equipment.
To
be perfectly honest, I have NEVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE been as strong as I
am RIGHT NOW, Jeremy. Can you honestly say the same, you old porkbutt?
You probably don't even know what a workout is, O Great One! You
probably think it means doing work outside. You probably have never even
been to gym in years, and years and years. Just drying up like human
