Abs: Brinton 1890s book itself has literal source proof that nagual exists, documented on observations of nagual energy body of small children flying near the huts where they lived, observations made by their parents in 16th century, if you read the Brinton, thats interesting book. Also the opression of nagualists by catholic spaniards was so hard they were praying to Judas Iskariot and Pontius Pilate, thats interesting book.

I have written a lenght article for you yesterday, will post it later. The point is that very diverse broad of shamanisms and sorcery and yoga schools exist.

there are good books on ashtanga and hatha-yoga (later).

it is really good thing to do asanas, one feels very well bodily with it, it is hedonistic pleasure feeling after doing asanas (those are endorphins too)

Point is to start see prana in tonal physical body, thats sign.

asanas and pranayama = 100 % optimalized chakras

after checking the dreaming (nagual body, double) of a practioner (before performing tensegrity and after tensegrity) it was ok, but it is connected to intent (exempli gratia: practitioner encounters sorcerers in dreaming then, what can get pretty wild, because those are not only benevolent gandalphs but also darker guys). it is true it is morphing energy of energy body. it depends on dosage of tensegrity and kind of tensegrity series.

but i leave the topic because it is sole responsibility of a sorcerer who practice it.

so tensegrity/magical passes are exercises of shamans and sorcerers.

Abs: another one from that amazon book review. (CC did and does circus with those in 90s and some people, true. i try to warn people to leave it, because if someone is too much obssesed with CC and trying to really piss on him they are turned into dogs in nagual. you see, there are some sorcerers on this yuku sorcery site and at dreamways site, and elsewhere)

The conceptual mind has a role but is only a very small part of the whole being. By itself, that small part can never understand. The tragedy is that the little part has been conditioned to believe it can understand. The path Reb Johnson points us toward is a better direction toward understanding what Gurdjieff left for us than the dark, craggy, lifeless path recommended by those who put their faith only in the conceptual mind. The top heavy intellectual who in all things trusts only in that tiny part of himself, denying and rejecting the intelligence of the body and the intelligence of feeling, with stubborn, mechanized partiality to the "critical techniques of analysis and synthesis" as was drummed into the heads of recent generations in our ordinary education, is the one more likely destined for the lunatic asylum as "psychopath squared." The spiritual search is a movement. The movement can lead in a direction of wholeness, in which mind, body and feeling become better related and in balance, facilitating a finer understanding not otherwise accessible to us. Castaneda's journey is an interesting study from the standpoint of the movement toward and away from wholeness. To reject offhand everything Castaneda gave on the featherweight grounds some critics have suggested would be silly. As for Castaneda's writings, it is far better to read those works for oneself. As Reb Johnson rightly suggests - don't judge a man (or his work) by the tales of others.

that person (yoga practitioner) did tensegrity twice (not knowing what is doing exactly on seminar, those were some old shamanic passes included too), then i adviced to never do tensegrity again. despite this, that person met some (ofc very interesting) super-sorcerer month later in dreaming. i just did not wanted that person to meet death defiers ever (due to imbuement), what can turn sheer hell. that person is dreamer.

the point is that only the MP book is ok. what is outside MP book is forbidden.

Keep in mind, despite Pattersons book, he begins as his teachers did, with the body as a base for everything else. As I understand it, Tensegrity is to be practiced with awareness obviously, refining that awareness over the years to a full body awareness whilst doing the passes. With growing awareness comes an increase in energy, as one is not giving it away to the effect  of external influences. To me this is mostly a formal training that one is supposed to carry over into everyday life - becoming aware of ones whole body whilst going about ones daily affairs. I just don't trust CCs intent. Imo he has laid a trap.
You imply that sorceress on this site and dreamways site will turn those who criticise CC into dogs. I have seen no evidence of this, though I certainly have felt their influence; an influence that is faceless and petty.
NLW visited me one night. His energy was indeed powerful, dark and electric. I was not afraid of him, yet I knew he was the real deal. I haven't felt anyone else like this.

ad that "tensegrity is DDs intent": (intent is only the force defined in the POW book), the video I. and II. were taught to CC by his friend DD. But the MP book is not from DD, i.e. it is not DDs intent. Just an exotic gift from DD. And CC shared it also to us. okay.

Sorry about that. It has taken me awhile to register that though these different movements from different groups, work with the body and awareness and perhaps develop further, other bodies, such as the vital body, they are not suitable for everyone - each to their own. My apologies for being dismissive and opinionated.

In this parting of the ways, there is in fact deep disagreement of this relationship of Cleargreen and practitioners, where Cleargreen views practitioners more as corporate clients rather than equal members of the Tensegrity structure.

I admit That they are for sure conected tó death defiers because áfter a while they will stalk you

Intent you can get damaged bűt if you have the right intent and strong will(unbending Intent) these passes
