My kidney pain started spring last year.. well.. I just discovered that the exact position of my birth has had a mobile renal unit stationed on it.. Thats people going to the geographical point of my birth and having a machine do the job of their kidneys..
thank *** its being dismantled in 8 weeks time!
Welshpool Dialysis Unit
Position Statement
1. At the stakeholder meeting held on 22nd February 2011 it was agreed
that a statement be prepared which could be used by members to
inform others regarding the progress to establish both a temporary
service and then the permanent unit and service. This is that statement. At that meeting Mrs Chrissie Hayes (Director of Planning      –
Powys tHB) paid tribute to the various agencies who have worked
together to reach a position where the dialysis services will now be
provided at Welshpool Hospital.
2. Temporary Unit: Subject to delivery of dialysis machines in mid-March
it is expected that the 7 station unit will open in early April. 13 of the
North Powys patients will transfer from having their dialysis at
Shrewsbury. Staff have been interviewed and appointed. Extra car
parking has been provided as part of the enabling works on site. The
mobile units which comprise the “building” are leased for a 2 year
period during which time it is expected that the permanent building will
become operational. When the units are taken away a large increase in
available car parking spaces across the whole site will result.
3. Permanent Unit: The final design was presented by the architect to
the February stakeholder meeting. Based on the (tendered) capital
costs of the design a Business Justification Case - required by Welsh Assembly Government to secure funding for the building, fees,
equipment and running costs - has been drafted and approved by both
Betsi Cadwaladr and Powys Health Boards. Planning permission has
been granted. Once agreement between the Renal Network and the
Health Boards is reached regarding running costs WAG will be asked
to allocate capital funding. When capital has been allocated and
building work commenced the 12 station unit, which will be located on
the gravel car park and adjoining the hospital, should then become
operational in 2012. Up to 48 patients will then be dialysed on the six
working days (Monday – Saturday). As there are only about half that
number currently requiring the service there is capacity for many years
to come for all existing suitable patients to be dialysed in Welshpool. The unit, which will be located on two floors, adjoining and at the lower
end of the hospital, will serve as a base for other renal services
including out patient clinics, home therapies, anaemia management
and support to GPs for early chronic kidney disease (CKD)
management.

I read that as , 7 centers becoming active decisively bridged between upper and lower , exciting phase 48 car park and A 12 station unit! This would be mind blowing.

Of course 8 weeks time dismantling would be very close to 21 dec also .... reading between the lines ? Cos otherwise the lines are squiggly when I read them straight .

21st of december- the shortest day of the year.
In the old hunting and dreaming bodies of man in britain..
summer was an easy time of harvest and of daylight to hunt and to gather.. nights were warm and easy to dream.
winter without light for long durations of time meant hunting windows were very small.. and nights long cold affairs.
the basic point however is that winter sostice (december the 21st) was in the middle of the most frantic hunting time.
with only 8hours useable sunlight there was not much time..
only the arrival of SNOW or HEAVY FROST or RAIN.. was a blessing as it allowed animals to be tracked!
21st december the solstice. cant escape it!

of course nowadays we have 24 hours shifts at an electricly lit factory.

and even those who do not work hunt of have legs have heating and lighting.

and so the power of the solstice relative to the hunt is in the inherant awarness..

good point to triangulate the awarness that carved a certain stone!

My thread got hijacked by off topic stuff. Anyway Just wanted to report that i still cant seem to take control of my dreams, but I have been working on mediating each day listening to my guide it seems to be helping i dont get so caught up in day to day stuff as easy now. I have been reading about losing the human form. I was wondering if anyone knew how do you know you have entered the second attention? and what does it take to reach it?

The first attention is the way we ordinarily perceive the world. We can equate this roughly with the rational mind or the left-brain style of processing. In the first attention we think more or less logically, we see the world as a sequence of discrete events happening along a timeline from past to future, and we use syntax to describe and summarize energetic happenings. While the use of syntax is very handy for filtering out the enormous range of perceptual inputs our organism handles in any given second, it also means that in this frame of mind we are not experiencing the world directly. The second attention is what Castaneda called non-ordinary awareness. The second attention could roughly be likened to the dreaming mind, the right-brain style of processing, or the deeper frequencies of mind such as theta  and delta The second attention also includes “the mind that is in the body” — the things we know and experience physically that we often don’t know how to put into syntax. Inner knowings, feeling as if time doesn't exist and being in a dream like reality while awake . Other trance-inducing practices such as drumming, prolonged dancing, plant medicines, meditation, yoga, martial arts and the like are designed to access the second attention.
