On suggestion of Zitter I am opening tensegrity discussion.
Have you ever tried tensegrity? Did it actuali work? Do you think it's fake?

as i said , i tryed it , but allone with no teacher the movements are to complicated to lesrn from a book...it felt good do do it...
but i think speculations about the roots cant be made...because spiritual practising is similar everywhere

Heat series of Tensegrity has the effect of stopping the world and seeing energy directly as it flows.

The Westwood passes for dreaming have a profound effect on the quality of the dreaming, the Westwood passes for inner silence are effective for stopping internal dialogue as well.

The Running man series is effective for lifting the awareness eaten by flyers.

An effective pass for ridding of the flyers mind is the pass where the fists are lifted to the temples and then the fists strike backside.

Yes..thanks for putting this up . Your experience underscores the value/depth of each of our own connecting link with Infinity....Power. It provides, endlessly and in endless ways, for the diverse complexity of whatever it is that we are facing from moment to moment. does everyones tensegrity training start with a magical passes book, magical passes video



I remember resenting not the power of the movements themselves..

but how stupid i felt turning the pages.. or referncing which part of the move i was on..

The same can be said of the computer.. the mouse and the timeline bar..



Its probably much better to revise and remeber the move, then go outside or to the otherside of the building completely to the computer, the tv/videi screen and the magical passes book and then practice..



IN the sorcerers world the tensegrity home schooled book students can be spotted as they bend over to pick the book up again and turn the pages etc..



The moves themselves i found very empowering..

but being the student of ethics i am..

i chose to allow them to become a memory of my youth!

I started with the book too...in the beginning . Yeah, remember the resentful thoughts as well...which are simply evidence if the very thing that the Passes are designed to remove

well in about 2006 i put my magical passes book and magical passes video tape into an old coal burning stove and melted them!... I dont even live in that house anymore.. its about 120 miles south of where i am today by the coast! achoo"

In light of what you're saying, I think that was probably the right thing to do

There is only ONE EAGLES EMANATION from east to west on the wheel!
only one IMMPECCABLE fibre that transects our Universe within its physical extremes which demarcate our global malkut!
There was simply too much energetic attachment within cleergreen to justify the path!
energetic atatchment within sexual awarness was cultivated as part of the sorceric INTENT to have power and fluidity!
There is only one eagles emanation transecting the living organic world.
Over time.. the deepest root of our past , even our combined past.. becomes one with the fibre in the WESTERLY quarter!
I simply could not take the risk of becoming lost within tensegrity..
when i know that 1 year, 3 years, 5 years and 12 years later.. the westerly quarter italef begins to align and shows the value of a mans intent and immpecability.
its called standing the test of time!
It was the wisest option.

The way I see it is this....the only way to become lost within Tensegrity is to become lost. And that goes for just about anything. That leaves me with this: I don't wanna become lost externalizing and projecting what is inherently my personal responsibility.

I would be interested to see what happened to tensegrity if they put an age limit on its pratice..
only over 45s or something..
perhaps if the tensegrity movement managed to prevent younger practitioners joining.. then  i could see the groups passage toward infintiy!
alaso I am a past apprentice of the nagual theun mares..
warriorship and stalking of the self is prescribed much more readily than the use of shared movements and or the stalking of others.
ONEDAY or indeed IN the begginining evey mans touch on matter was and will be the same..
convergence. 2012 requires our planetary awarnbess finds a central axial point so that the mass habitual position can be jolted into its new form.
in many ways those who can freely avoid the habitual position are a LIABILITY to the cause unless they have the vision , the will and the capacity to return to normal awarness at the correct time!
tensegrity is a world of its own... and i simply could not be sure that it would still intersect with the age if i was amongst its ranks.
i practiced quijong as well.. and left for the same reason!

I think most of our fantasies, even in "spiritual" matters, are fashioned by time spent in the movie theater...matinee's where stories seem to be neatly contained and achieve some satisfying form of resolution at the end, more or less. And then, we leave the theater walking to our cars...squinting in the blinding sunshine.

Don Juan advised one advanced sorcery practitioner to never do Tensegrity again as it would eat his soul (energy bodies). Thats due to its intent, origins, admixture in group practice etc.
