if you are practical you have two avenues: practice of inner silence (presence/accumulation) and practice of dreaming. you have extensive written manuals on that. and the aids: asanas, Recapitulation, martial arts - teks.
These are two avenues. The worlds reachable thru practice of inner silence and thru practice of dreamind differ qualitatively. Dreaming is in extended to the distance (Infinity) horizontally (horizons, infinite planes) and inner silence is the height (the highest stratas are: 1) Infinite Space 2) Infinite Consciousness 3) Supracosmic 4) ), below that is the Rupa-loka/ayatana/dhatu, the Form Realm, The Realm of Gods ! see the 31 planes of existence) * *note: Without practice of deep inner silence, its not possible for you to get to the Rupa-loka (Gods realm) in your dreaming/double/energy body/Soul. If you do the Dhyanas (deep levels of inner silence), you can get there, to the High Heavens, e.g. plane of Radiant Gods. Otherwise without deep inner silence levels practice/dhyanas You cant leave this loka for a visit. Hence the Dhyanic buddhism (Nagaryunas or Boddhidharmas =Zen=), Boddhisattva-traveler way. Some boddhisattvas are working in the heavens, some are working in the hells (giving help to deluded beings there). The Infinite Planes are available for You Don Juan is on Infinite planes on his journey, too, like are the Infinite Planes of Pratyeka-buddhas. Bon Voyage Don Juan-Buddhas !!! :-))) P.S.: BTW You are on yours journeys already, so decide the destination ! Its Your life, You are doing/forming it thru Your life (karma, forming Your Soul/energy/energy body/Your place) thus going to the gateway/transformation ! Take care !

There is nothing a priori at the level of silent knowledge, nothing that could constitute a body of knowledge, for everything is imminently now. If the threshold of inner silence is ten minutes for a given individual, for instance, then once this threshold is reached, inner silence happens by itself, of its own accord, so to speak.

in my experience, an inner light can be found, when the inner light matches and realises its connection to everything at a sweeter frequency , it can flood the bodies , and connect with all time. disintegrating and integrating . Also in my experience , there are different facets/bodies, for instance , there is one i have witnessed being shifted superceeded i suppose which can contain pain and emotional stores. this can be flooded with light and released However i wonder about the permanency , that makes me also wonder , as with the bodies releasing memory , and the recaptulation , resides in different segments , although ultimately a whole . As it is with the physical body storing memories and trauma also . Work with the body and memories will be released to be dealt with in the process . As the ride, and the preparation is here on this Earth, is in the "Dreaming" - everybody here is preparing for the definitive journey (encounter with Infinity, Gateway) - its very important how we live our life in every respect.
I have wanted to say that Don Juans incredible journey is something like the Infinite Planes of pratyeka-buddhas. A great adventure freedom is a dream of sorcerers Wherever you roam

“Because you are a traveler, like the rest of us human beings,” he said, somewhat annoyed by my question. “Human beings are on a journey of awareness, which has been momentarily interrupted by strenuous forces. Believe me, we are travelers. If we don’t have traveling, we have nothing.” His answer didn’t satisfy me in the least. He further explained that human beings have decayed morally, physically and intellectually since the moment they ceased to travel, and that they are caught in an eddy, so to speak, and are spinning around, having the impression of moving with the current, and yet remaining stationary. It took me thirty years of hard discipline to come to a cognitive plateau in which don Juan’s statements were recognizable and their validity was established beyond the shadow of a doubt. Human beings are indeed travelers. If we don’t have that, we have nothing.
