it could be done thru silent meditation (=your inner silence). Just have a sit and meditate, everything will calm down to a state of complete inner peace and freedom. It is so, state of inner silence IS called actually by sorcerers the freedom, silent knoledge.
IMHO: when you do silent meditation
... when the ego completely dissappered from the whole world..

The internal blablabla, the internal dialogue (also NLWs pathetic "FI") wont stop you must put it to stop by strong and profound silent meditation practice. The blablabla mind is a source of our loss, unhappiness and disappointment, it makes us crazy and egomaniacal. :-))



So lets concentrate. Silent meditation (zazen) IS concentration and work (work is also concentration). The other practices are secondary.



So Concentrate, work and accumulate silence.
